December 11, 2006 Meeting Promises to be Special

Our December 11, 2006 chapter meeting will be extra special. We're going to be having a potluck so that our members can share their special holiday dishes and desserts. Janel Eaton of Avery Dennison will be speaking to us on World Class Meetings and we're sure she won't be able to resist bringing in some samples of their great products for us to enjoy. We'll also be having an optional white elephant gift exchange for anyone that would like to participate. This exchange is intended to give you an opportunity to re-gift past gifts that you have received (but no gag gifts please). Finally, we will be collecting donations for the Family Services Shelter, a domestic violence shelter in Wheaton. We are looking for bath and body products like shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, etc. as well as gift cards for fun outings for these very stressed out families. Please join us for this festive and informative evening.

What a GREAT Professional Development Seminar

Our November 17, 2006 professional development seminar was an overwhelming success. We received very positive feedback on our awesome speakers and there was so much great knowledge shared that day. Several attendees commented that they don't bother with any other seminars - they save their training dollars for the Two Rivers Chapter events and they never regret that decision!

Thanks to everyone who worked together to organize this stellar event. Keep an eye on the calendar, because we plan to offer this again next year.

November 13, 2006 Meeting (Silently) Promises to be Awesome!

The Two Rivers Chapter is preparing for our November 13, 2006 meeting with speaker Felicia Slattery presenting on Non Verbal Communication Skills.
